2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to create an account or send inquiries. Browsing is open to everyone.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. The service
BizMenia is a directory that helps users discover businesses, view their details, and send inquiries. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between users and businesses, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of any listing, product, service, offer, or deal.
5. Business listings & verification
If you list a business, you must provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information and keep it up to date. The Verified badge indicates checks we performed; it is not a guarantee or endorsement. We may review, moderate, refuse, suspend, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, including for policy violations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content; impersonate others; scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as expressly permitted; upload malware; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or interfere with the security or operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your content & licence
You retain ownership of the content you publish (business information, products, offers, messages, reviews). You grant BizMenia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
8. Inquiries & messaging
Inquiries must be genuine and lawful. Your contact details remain private until you choose to send or accept an inquiry. Do not use inquiries or messaging for spam, solicitation, or unlawful purposes.
9. Data sharing with partners
By creating a listing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your business profile information and related content may be shared with our partners and affiliates to power discovery, matching, promotion, and related business opportunities across our network. Such sharing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The BizMenia name, logo, software, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by BizMenia or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.
11. Third-party services & links
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizMenia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizMenia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
