Helpful for Backing Up IMAP Emails
I used Softaken IMAP Mail Backup Tool when I needed to keep a local copy of emails from an IMAP account. The setup was fairly straightforward, and I liked that I could choose the output format depending on how I planned to use the backup. I mainly used the PST option for Outlook, and the folder structure was retained, which made the exported data easier to organize. The filtering option was also useful because I did not always need to process everything in the mailbox. The interface is simple enough to understand without much technical knowledge. Overall, it worked well for my backup requirement and saved me from manually exporting emails one at a time.
