Nova's Racial Attitude Survey is a test for those interested in measuring employees' and/or students' attitudes toward cultural diversity. This computer-administered survey of questions on physical, ego, strength (Dominance, control, anxiety, ethnic, social in general, and on the job) also rates attitudes from boss to marriage partner in terms of social/sexual contact. Also, the data on an anonymous basis complies with traits as to age sex, marital status, race education, and other traits. The concept was featured in Entrepreneur Management Smarts in May 1997 and has been used by graduate students for over 20 years.
