Progress New Zealand Incorporated was established in July 2021 as an independent, non-partisan membership organisation. We seek to develop alternative ways of thinking about the issues that matter to New Zealanders by promoting a political culture based on understanding and compromise through informed debate and a common national identity. Our mission is to become a reliable source of critical analysis, ideas, and public policy research for New Zealanders who are interested in politics but feel alienated from the party system and other forms of political participation.
